Why a Range of Response to Loss focused Community of Practice?
To establish best practice in RRL based practice/research tools and stimulate innovation by:
Taking the RRL Community of Practice forward
Recruitment to the working group whose task will be to:
i) Establish the underpinning principles and conduct of the C of P
ii) Plan a varied programme of activities to meet a range of community members’ needs
iii) Consolidate ways of communicating between community members e.g. WhatsApp
iv) Recruit community members (who will in turn be encouraged to shape the ongoing life of the Community of Practice and its activities)
Webinars will be held online from 12:00 till 13:00 on the third Thursday of alternating months, with themes as follows:
Programme
May 21st 2026: Using RRL related tools like the AAG for use in groups
16 July 2026 : Exploring the various modes e.g. face-to-face, telephone, online, and approaches through which RRL related tools are delivered and used
17 September 2026: Communication and practical implications arising from July discussion, and the role of supervision in good practice
19 November 2026: Developing, validating and implementing RRL related tools for use with children and young people
21 January 2027: Using RRL related tools with families and couples
